It’s Me!

Just an ordinary woman who has seen firsthand how God turns ashes into beauty. I love helping others grow through Scripture and storytelling.

How I got here

My work lives at the intersection of faith, teaching, and creativity – helping individuals and organizations communicate with clarity and intention through thoughtful design and faithful teaching – bringing order, meaning, and beauty to what they’re building.

That work did not emerge in a vacuum. I grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, a city rich in culture and creativity and also marked by brokenness. From an early age, I learned to pay close attention – to people, patterns, and environments – and to value clarity where life often felt uncertain. Those early years formed both my sensitivity to others and my instinct to create order and meaning.

As a young adult, I joined the U.S. Air Force, a decision that brought structure and direction at a formative moment in my life. I was also shaped by my parents: a father whose life bridged music and technology, and a mother whose long endurance through illness taught me steadiness, compassion, and perseverance. Together, these influences cultivated discipline, attentiveness, and care – qualities that continue to shape how I work.

Today, I am married with children of my own. Family has been one of God’s primary classrooms in my life. Over time, faith in Christ became the steady center that integrates all of these threads. Teaching and design are complementary ways of helping people see more clearly, communicate more faithfully, and build with intention across seasons.
